The Workday Development Center is a new 6 story office building totaling 413,000 ft2 with a 160,000 ft2 underground garage and a 400,000 ft2 above-grade garage.

The mechanical design consists of high performance VAV systems served by an all-variable speed chilled water plant with magnetic bearing chillers and variable primary distribution. Heating is provided by condensing boilers with variable speed pumping.
