Taylor Engineers' project at the Joseph Edward Gallo Recreation and Wellness Center includes the plan and sec for a gymnasium, multipurpose room, weight room, locker room, administrative office, and wellness clinic. After working with Taylor Engineers this building received NC Gold LEED Certification

The HVAC system operates via an advanced VAV Reheat system that is aided by boilers and central plan chilled water. This system provides stable and energy efficient climate control for the multi-use facility.
