Oracle Pleasanton

Pleasanton, California

Oracle Pleasanton's office building is a 180,000 sqft space that houses a data center, computer lab, fitness center, and cafeteria. After working with Taylor Engineers this building received a Silver LEED Rating.

HVAC design for this project includes built up VAV chilled water air handlers serving VAV reheat boxes. To meet specific performance specifications computer labs are served by CHW fan coils and VAV boxes built for redundancy and economizer free cooling. Additionally, the chiller plant installed by Taylor Engineers provides high efficiency, water-cooled, variable speed screw chillers, selected in a pre-bid lifecycle cost analysis. The chiller plant also includes an integrated waterside economizer to serve the data center and computer labs giving them the power to run consistently at maximum efficiency.
