System conversion on floors 2, 3, 4 and 24 of the Kaiser Center in Oakland, located next to Lake Merritt.

HVAC systems were converted from the existing radiant ceiling system (Burgess Manning), installed in 1960, and replaced with VRV fancoil systems. The building contains over 900,000 sqft of rentable space and a 1,400 car parking garage.
