Cityline Block 3S is a large high-rise residential project with underground garage, ground floor retail and restaurants, and 11 stories of market-rate apartments. Taylor Engineers provided the entitlement phase MEPS basis of design.

The building is designed to be all-electric, with a condenser water loop served by air-source heat pump chillers for both cooling and heating. The project does not use cooling towers to serve the condenser water loop, eliminating the associated water usage and maintenance. The central domestic hot water system is water-source off the condenser water loop, allowing for significant heat recovery during periods of
simultaneous heating and cooling.
