400 Howard is a former 10-story office building for Barclays Global Investments, now utilized by BlackRock Investments. Interior improvements for this project include open office areas, private offices, trading floors, main MDF and UPS rooms, IDF rooms on each floor, multi-purpose meeting rooms, conference rooms, mailrooms, coffee/copy areas, and file/storage areas.

At 400 Howard offices and trading floors are served by underfloor air distribution alongside a central built-up air distribution system with variable speed pumped coils and water-cooled variable speed chillers.
