Controls retrofit of 7-story, 89,000 sqft building close to Market Street in downtown San Francisco. The building's main systems were converted from pneumatic control to new DDC (Automated Logic Controls).

Systems included a central chiller plant with rooftop mounted cooling tower, primary-only constant speed CHW pumps, city steam heat exchanger, floor by floor air handling units and dual duct air terminals.
