Curtis has accumulated a wealth of experience during his 4 years at Taylor Engineers working on a breadth of challenging projects ranging from large commercial design and commissioning projects to small targeted retrofits. He enjoys finding the most efficient solutions to complex problems in buildings with many novel design constraints and ultimately communicating those solutions to owners and operators in an effective manner to maintain high energy performance long after turnover.

Reece Kiriu, promoted to Associate
During his five years at Taylor Engineering, Reece has leveraged his experience as a former building automation systems contractor to design and commission projects for mission critical facilities, central plants, museums and large office buildings. Reece has shown his expertise in specifying building automation systems and developing sequences of operation on projects and through his work as a key contributor to ASHRAE Guideline 36.

Mashail Arif, joins Taylor Engineers as a Mechanical Engineer
Prior to Taylor Engineering, she specialized in data-driven approaches to identify energy efficiency opportunities in commercial buildings. Mashail has also been involved in evaluation, measurement, and verification for utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects in the commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors.

Brandon Gill, promoted to Principal
Brandon joined Taylor Engineering in 2014 as a mechanical engineer with a five year background in HVAC systems analysis and measurement and verification. Since joining Taylor, Brandon has shifted gears and focused primarily on HVAC system design and commissioning. During his time at Taylor, Brandon has developed expertise in hydronic system design; data center design and control; and sequences of operation development.
